Chalet Coeur
An all year round holiday home, Chalet Coeur is ideal for relaxing in summer or winter.
Around the fireplace, with the high ceilings of the living room, relaxing after a days skiing before visiting the large sauna and the jacuzzi.
In summer, on the south facing terrace around the heated swimming pool, looking up at the Vallon d’Arbi after a fantastic day’s hiking.
The chalet was built in 1990, and has three bedrooms on the ground floor, together with a small shower room with sink and toilet, a very large shower room with double sink, washing machine, toilet and large Sauna, and a technical room containing the heating system for the chalet and the pool.
On the main floor upstairs is a large double height living room and dining area, with an open fire and panoramic views. There is also the master bedroom with large ensuite shower room / toilet.
On the top floor is a medium sized mezzanine, which could be converted into one or two additional bedrooms.
Outside towards the front there are balconies facing the dent du Nendaz, while behind the chalet is a south facing swimming pool area with jacuzzi.
There is also a double garage, and space outside to park upto 3 cars.
In good snow conditions it’s possible to arrive at the chalet on skis. The ski slopes are around 1.4km from the chalet.
